When talking about sharing content online, social media platforms are by far the most effective tools to use.  Their connectivity is easy to use and because of their existing popularity they are the most likely to be sought out.  Student groups and groups supporting the public education system have a presence on Facebook where they appear to discuss the decisions of the education system and discuss their events.  My proposed image would be a MemeMorial of how the school system in Hawaii is skewed between the public and private school systems, specifically a scale.
