A place to connect the MemeMorial for my specific issue would be the Capitol building of Hawaii where many educational inequality protests are made and where all state residents would take notice. Here I would designate an area of the entrance to have a wall that was some sort of grid. There I would put information about the funding of the public education system. The issue of inequality in education seems to stem from lack of funding and what seems to be stopping more involvement in fighting this problem is the lack of knowledge of where the funding is going by most people. If that information is on display where people go to fight these legal issues than that makes it even more significant.
